Marilyn Minot and the MCM Design Management Team (“Team”) bring several decades of experience integrating all aspects of interior design to create special experiences for their clients. They have built out over 275,000 square feet of residential and commercial space, both as part of initial construction and then, later, as a way of giving a new look to existing space. Most importantly, Marilyn and the Team partner with their clients to give them the look and feel their clients want and that will best project their lifestyle, and not just something that comes from a store.
Marilyn, a certified interior designer, brings more than 25 years of experience in interior design. She has been responsible for the overall programming, management and implementation of significant projects for a wide-ranging portfolio of residential and commercial assets. Her responsibilities included development of design and scope; management of projects’ budgets; supervision of external architects, consultants and vendors; oversight of interior installations and presentation of the complete design portfolio to her clients. Her creativity, ability, and excellent visual, written and oral presentation skills have been fully utilized as the Senior Project Designer for more than 275,000 square feet of residential and commercial space. Additionally, Marilyn’s experience with high-end art installations (floor, table and wall) provides clients with exhibition-level layout and design for their art collections.
Marilyn and the Team have significant expertise in event planning, including catering and professional floral art design and decorating. They can design, develop and then implement intricate events and can mange any event, from small to large, from an intimate group to up to 500 guests. The Team can plan an event that your guests will remember forever, including: births, charitable gatherings, graduations, holidays, religious celebrations, trade shows or weddings.
Marilyn’s projects focus on aesthetics, safety and functionality of the spaces’ development and utilization. Realizing that homeowners constantly want more space but do not necessarily want to pay for more square footage, Marilyn and the Team bring proven ways to maximize the value of clients’ space while also providing a more feature-rich home for their clients.
